Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains how Madusa Agency, an electronic music artist agency based in Miami, Florida (United States), handles personal information on madusa.agency. Questions and privacy requests: booking@madusa.agency.

What we collect

Contact and booking forms. When you send a message through the homepage form or the Booking page, we receive the information you enter:

  • name and email address;
  • company or organization (optional);
  • inquiry type and the artist you are asking about;
  • for artist representation inquiries only: your artist name and a link to your music or press kit;
  • your message.

The form system also records the date of the submission and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. Please do not include sensitive information (such as health data or identification numbers) in your message.

Website visits. Like any website, our hosting and content delivery network (CDN) process technical data needed to deliver pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies.

How we use it

  • to reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss bookings, collaborations or representation;
  • to keep the website and forms secure and free of spam;
  • to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or add you to marketing lists. Depending on where you live, the legal grounds for this use are taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and protecting the website, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who receives it

  • Madusa Agency team, who read and answer inquiries sent to booking@madusa.agency.
  • Hostinger, which hosts the website, its database (where form submissions are stored), the content delivery network and our email infrastructure.
  • Google (Gmail), used to send the form notification emails to our booking inbox.
  • Authorities or advisers, only when required by law or to protect our rights.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Third-party content and links

Artist pages can show players from SoundCloud, YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo. These players are not loaded automatically: nothing is requested from these services until you click to load a player. Once loaded, the service may set cookies and receive data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. If you choose “Always load”, that choice is saved only in your browser and can be changed below.

Tour dates come from Bandsintown and are loaded by our server, so your visit is not shared with Bandsintown unless you follow a ticket, RSVP or event link. Links to Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, SoundCloud, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Privacy choices

Choose whether players from each service load automatically on this browser:

  • SoundCloudLoads only when you click
  • YouTubeLoads only when you click
  • VimeoLoads only when you click

Cookies and browser storage

  • hcdn: set by our hosting provider’s content delivery network to deliver the website. It is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking.
  • madusa_consent (browser storage): only if you choose to always load a service’s players; it stores that choice and nothing else.

Players from SoundCloud, YouTube or Vimeo may set their own cookies only after you choose to load them.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions stored on the website are deleted automatically after 12 months; the IP address recorded with a submission is deleted after 30 days.
  • Emails in our booking inbox are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting work, and to meet legal obligations.
  • Your “Always load” choices stay in your browser until you change them or clear your browser data.

Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw a choice you made. To make a request, email booking@madusa.agency; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may also contact the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the site administration is restricted, and form data is kept on our hosting account rather than shared with marketing services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is intended for promoters, venues, agencies and artists, and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the services we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
